Mariah Carey’s bodyguard accused of brutally beating fan
He just wanted to see Mariah Carey sing — but it was the pop diva’s bodyguard belting out the hits.
According to TMZ, Yaniv Elharar was in Las Vegas to see the “All I Want for Christmas Is You” singer’s show at Caesars Palace on Dec. 16 when he spotted one of her body guards beating up a fan.

He whipped out his phone and began recording the encounter, which didn’t sit well with the unnamed guard. After spotting Yaniv recording, Carey’s paid protector reportedly smacked his phone away and punched him twice.
The fan claims he was hit in the chest and ribs. Photos obtained by TMZ suggest he also took a blow to the face.
Yaniv told TMZ he couldn’t recall what exactly went down during the scuffle.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to the outlet they’d taken a report from the incident. They’re investigating it as a misdemeanor battery.
Carey has yet to address the drama.
